- nice baristas at Starbucks
- positive consultant at LensCrafters (where I found a new pair of specs), who commended my vision insurance and struck up a conversation about cats with me after seeing my feline on my credit card
- cheerful friend who was featured twice in the Abilene Reporter-News yesterday, including the article that I wrote about his dad
- accommodating family who I interviewed at their business, AM Donuts, to feature their location’s offering of boba tea (only one in Abilene) ~ the owner gave me this box of assorted flavors on-the-house!
