Since I took sabbatical from full-time teaching for my Ph.D., I sculpted my physique through the POP Pilates Craze

I started my Blogilates lifestyle out with the 🎬YouTube🎥 videos and DVD💽 plus app, then 💸shopped💳 the original oGorgeous store🎽, plus now have the 📒book📕 ~ fresh off the presses!

 

So there’s always a reason for the season to stay in shape whatever the weather! 🌾🌅🍂❄️

Let’s do double leg raises!

These will work out not just our legs and lower back, but also our hip flexors as we twist …

We’ll get creative by making shapes.

As we’re laying down, we’ll do the following sequence of 10 per set:

  • Legs together
  • Spiral/tornado up then down
  • Scissor legs ~ spread out then bring back together
  • Draw ♥hearts♥ for Belated ♥Valentine’s♥ Day
  • Draw four-leaf ♣clovers♣ for Early ♣St. Patrick’s♣ Day

Of if you have an indoor pool, like the one I had at my hotel on work assignment a couple of weeks ago, you still can swim laps or do water aerobics and pool pilates comfortably!

Cami&MeFine, fair-weather furry friends and fun water-lovers alike can bring great company, including bringing up your heart-rate with swimming races, like I did with my Pinoy boy last weekend!
