When they mentioned my need for “me” time at my graduation luncheon , I doubted that I could pull it off. However, I indeed observed how refreshed some of my fellow doc candidates-turned graduates seemed following their dissertation defenses ~ a break to decompress helped them relieve stress!

As I prepare for my service to our Church as commentator *** today, I continue to seek the Holy Spirit ‘s guidance .
Dr. Grassi Guts, Grace & Glory approaches scripture like a linebacker* ~ so I’ll do the same, per these positions:
Stance ~ “starts with the right foundation”
So then, anyone who hears these words of mine and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on rock. The rain poured down, the rivers flooded over, and the wind blew hard against that house. Have you ever felt that way when you had something important to face?
I most recently experienced this a nxiety this morning, as I planned to close my doctoral survey this weekend to run my statistics and start analyzing my results for my dissertation . When I was about to pray the Rosary c alm my overwhelming sense of a ton of bricks falling on me and my sudden urge to purge those aforementioned bricks…

During times like these, I’ve previously turned to other people who I’ve trusted or terminal degree grads , but I don’t want to burden anyone, even if they’ve joined #TeamDrDISPO … This time, I’ve reflected back on similar situations when I’ve overcome this a pprehension:
