To ring in recent birthdays, I was all about ordering up mojitos!
Passionfruit Mojito topped with Cocktail Fruit from La Canela Peruvian Restaurant
- First, to celebrate my Tita Fe‘s birthday, I had this Passionfruit Mojito at the Peruvian restaurant ~ thanks to my cousin & her hubby!
- Then I enjoyed a refreshing Frozen Blueberry Mojito at my own Bday Brunch from Miguel’s Mex Tex Café (Mex intentionally before Tex)!
- Most recently, I toasted to my cousin’s birthday with this Twisted Madre Mango Margarita ~ another special from Miguel’s Agave Bar!

Selena, although short-lived on Earth, made her mark in ♪music♫ history
Selena‘s iconic style has inspired:
- dark lip color to accentuate smile ~ *besos*
- white crop tops for bare midriffs
- denim vests or leather motos for layered looks
- high-waist jeans and spandex to appear slim and trim
- halter dresses to show off shoulders

The sky’s the limit for ✈️southwest🌄 mix at this Tex Mex eatery, from burritos to burrito bowls🍲!
Generous portions at Moe’s: this Chili con Queso burrito’s loaded up!
Hashi Teppan Japanese Grill
Since Japanese is among the faves of Airman cousin who just deployed, I had to pick up take-out from Hashi for his farewell dinner! Wide variety of rice: steamed or fried white or brown! Gotta go for Gyoza!
Like Moe’s, you can pick your side starches🍜 (veggies and/or rice or noodles) and protein (red meat🍣, poultry🍗 or seafood🍤) with that Asian zing🎎 at Hashi!
