Sports Sunday: Cheering on Children

After covering Friday’s elementary school appaerance, I rooted on two of my special kiddos, who specifically invited me to show spirit!

1. First, I supported my *superstar* science student in his basketball playoff game

2. Then, I went on to his cousin/my honorary GODdaughter‘s volleyball game

Motivate with a Moving Mate! 🏆

Dig the alliteration and the rhyme? These are methods that I’ve been teaching my speech students and always applying on the daily! 🎤

Lately, I’ve had a blast with my fave baller from high school, with whom I reunited this past Homecoming weekend! 🏈

Sand volleyball‘s the ultimate ~ especially playing it a la playa ~ but what about sand soccer? My students told me about it, so I must try it! Either way, running and playing on the sand is much more challenging than on flat land. Here are v-ball highlights ~ Saved By the Bell style…
